Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, #17 is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour.
This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 8 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners.
