Sugar Hill - Half Century House (5 bed)

Located in the gated Sugar Hill Tennis community, Half Century House is a classic five-bedroom villa on Barbados’ west coast. It’s a quiet, spacious property just minutes from Holetown, with access to the community’s tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, and onsite restaurant.

From the moment you arrive, there’s a sense of ease, space to unwind and time to settle in. Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located upstairs in the main house, leaving the living and entertaining areas open and breezy on the ground floor.

The primary bedroom located on the upper level has a shared patio, perfect for enjoying the sea view before the day begins. The adjacent bedroom features a queen-sized bed and shares the patio with the primary bedroom. The third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be joined to form a king, ideal for children or friends sharing a room.

Two additional bedrooms are located in the upper level of the villa’s guest cottage by the pool. Both have private entrances, en suite bathrooms, and their own small living areas, ideal for guests looking for a bit more privacy during their stay.

The ground floor of the main house includes a large open lounge that leads onto an expansive terrace. The dining area and kitchen sit just behind, keeping everything social and connected. Outside, a large pool deck anchors the space with sun loungers, a covered dining area in a breezy gazebo, and plenty of room to relax.

Your stay includes housekeeping and a cook who prepares two consecutive meals daily, so you can focus on enjoying time together. You’ll also have access to the Sugar Hill clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and beach club at Fairmont Royal Pavilion, just a short drive away.

If you’re traveling in smaller groups you can book the 3 bedroom main house alone or can accommodate 12 persons in 6 bedrooms for additional charge.

Please note: The padel court is available for guest use at BDS $100 per hour. Rackets are available for rental at BDS $20 each, and balls may be purchased for BDS $30 per tin.
