ADMINISTRATION, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
There is much paperwork involved with being an absent owner: checking and paying bills like your land tax, insurance and utilities. Preparation and filing through the Tax Administration Management Information System (TAMIS) with the Barbados Revenue Authority for all applicable taxes, managing rentals and tenants or preparing your home for your arrival – we do it all – and we do it seamlessly. We can also advise on statutory requirements, accounting preparation and corporate requirements.
HUMAN RESOURCES PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT
We recommend, recruit and manage all your staff for the smooth operation of your property. Staff management includes full HR and contract management through to payroll processing and administration. Blue Sky Luxury can also provide temporary staffing to meet your needs.

Health & Safety checklists (incorporates points international and local tour operators want addressed/reviewed).
2. CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE
All homes in our portfolio are checked regularly and each owner has an agreement in place specific to how often this is to be completed. These checklists (including those for health & safety and hurricane) incorporate over 300 points/areas that are checked by each property manager on our team for each home.
3. ACCURATE MARKETING MATERIALS
The accuracy is so important to our guests/tenants as they need to feel confident that what they have rented is exactly what was promised. It is important to our owners to have their home showcased in this way; they take great pride in knowing their property has met or surpassed the standards and services advertised.
