The unique split level design is across the ground floor and first floor of the complex with the entrance and master bedroom located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is en suite with a gorgeous king size bed and direct access out to a private shady patio overlooking the free form swimming pool and set amid lush tropical gardens.
The first floor is open plan with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and casual living and dining area. This leads out to the patio where guests can enjoy meals overlooking the gardens and picturesque bay of Dover Beach. The second bedroom on this floor is en suite with twin beds. There is air conditioning throughout and every room enjoys a view!
This upscale community is ideal for couples and small families. The complex has two free form swimming pools, private access via the pool deck onto the beach, a fitness centre on site, private parking and secure keypad entry via the main gate.
