If you really want to see how the locals do it, grab a famous “Gap Burger” loaded with creamy coleslaw, cheese and all the fillings. We love street food and these are normally great to soak up delicious Bajan Rum punches! Beach time and pool time are the most popular pastimes for kids and adults alike. The kiddies love to frolicking at the waters’ edge while mum and dad relax and soak up the warm Caribbean sun. Watersports are readily available with Jet Ski rides, paddle boarding and kayaking as fun family activities. Most restaurants and eateries in The Gap are family friendly and you can enjoy a nice quiet (we hope) famjam dinner. Almost directly opposite the beach is a large green playing field where the family can pack a picnic, grab a ball while the kids enjoy nature.
