Starting with  Barbados, we have the the fifth staging of the Barbados Food Wine and Rum Festival, November 20th – November 24th . This festival combines great food, in a wonderful atmosphere with excellent Rums and wines. All we can say is, that you will have a great deal of fun as you  explore the island and taste your way through the culinary festivall! We figure the words ‘epic’ and ‘awesome’ will come to mind when you head to Barbados for this the premier food and social event of the year. This is an all-island event, our pick of where to stay woudld be, Villa Jessamine 

Number two of our top three things to do in Barbados, will be a new event to the island Classical Pops, which will be held at the Apes Hill Club December 11th – 14th.   Classical Pops promises to be  an amazing concert series under the stars with the likes of  Harpist Ann Hobson Pilot, violinist Tai Murray, and Argentinian bandoneon player and composer JP Jofre  who will collaborate to perform the music of Astor Piazzolla.  While special guest dancer Lil Buck adds his unique improvisation and intricate freestyle footwork. Ofcourse, the orchestra is the centrepiece and this year, Classical Pops has been fortunate to gather an all-star orchestra comprising 65 members of the world’s premiere symphonies from the Boston Symphony Orchestra to the New York Philharmonic. This is the not to be missed event of Autumn! You will approve of our choice for accomodation with close proximity to the concert events, and the beach, is Cherry Red , is set in Royal Westmoreland.

Rounding  out our top three of action packed things to do in Barbados this fall is the Race of Champions, which is going to be held at the newly refurbished Bushy Park Circuit Inc.  Race of Champions is the annual end-of-season contest,  held for over 25 years. It brings together the world’s greatest drivers from motor sport’s major disciplines – including Formula 1, World Rally, Le Mans, MotoGP, Nascar, IndyCar, Touring Cars and the X-Games. This exciting event sets them free to battle head-to-head in identical machinery. Barbados and the Bushy Park Circuit will play host to the island’s biggest motor sport event yet as ROC 2014 . Our top pick for the best place to stay for those of you coming to ROC 2014 is Sapphire Beach,   luxury beachfront condominiums located on beautiful Dover Beach in the south , with close proximity to the track.

Moving on up to the  “Irie” Island of Jamaica, where the slogan is “Feel alright” you surely will with all the exciting things happening this Fall.  Kicking off with the Soul in the Sun Music Festival, to be held in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  Mobay, will come alive with 2 Days of The best soul music Of our time topped off with what will be an unforgettable beach party. The Aqueduct is the perfect setting for this historical music festival featuring R&B and Soul legends of the 80s and 90s.The event will feature the best of the 80s & 90s SOUL music such as: Keith Sweat, Johnny Gill, and Jeffery Osbourne and may others. For those sports Enthusiast, Jamaica also has a great deal to offer this Fall, tee off at  two of the island’s best championship golf courses, Cinnamon Hill and White Witch. You will  join in on the return of the Jamaica Invitational Pro-Am “Annie’s Revenge,” presented by Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum from October 29 – November 2, 2014 in Montego Bay. Now in its ninth year, the Jamaica Tourist Board will again partner with Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum and The Golf Connection LLC to stage what many players have described as the best Pro-Am in the region. Teams of 5 golfers will compete over 54-holes, playing both courses, as they vie for the Jamaica Pro-Am Championship trophy.  In addition to the competitive golf, the event also includes nightly receptions, spectacular tee prizes for all players and the opportunity to vie for a host of prizes and awards.  Heading to Annie’s Revenge? Rounding out our top three list of fabulous fall activites  Jamaica is the Reggae Marathon.  This is undoubtedly the coolest race series in the Caribbean! The Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K start at Long Bay Beach Park situated along Negril’s famed 7-mile white sand beach. The course loops into the town of Negril then heads north towards the town of Green Island. The mostly flat course is an IAAF certified marathon and half-marathon course. Taking part in the Reggae Marathon, while staying in one of our luxury Villas is the best way to work and relax hard after your marathon run.  Our top choice for you running club  marathoners, is Villa Lolita in Tryall Club, just 30 minutes from Negril.
