With three spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation, you'll feel right at home. The upper level offers two bedrooms, each with a private balcony, perfect for enjoying great views of the Caribbean  Sea. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite with both a bath and shower, while the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite. As an additional option, families with young children can easily accommodate extra guests with a bunk-bed option. All sleeping areas have air conditioning.

The large open-plan living area is perfect for family gatherings. It features a modern and comfortable lounge and kitchen, complemented by cooling ceiling fans, high-speed Internet, and a large smart television equipped with Flow channels.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, hob and oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave, makes mealtimes a breeze. Step through the French doors to the outdoor terrace to enjoy family fun by the pool with seating for up to eight diners and a swing chair, or unwind on the pool-side sun deck, which has loungers and an umbrella for shade and a gas barbeque for outdoor cooking.

At the exclusive Sugar Hill community, you'll find fantastic amenities, including four tennis courts, a gym and fitness centre, a club room, a restaurant, a bar, a shop, and a stunning 2000-square-foot infinity pool. There is 24-hour security on-site.

Just a five-minute drive away, you can explore the charming dining scene in Holetown or relax on the nearby beaches. There is private parking for two vehicles at the front of Frangipani.
