The master bedroom opens directly onto the spacious balcony and gorgeous ocean views and features a walk in closet and a large en suite with tub bath, rain shower and double vanity that can be accessed from two entrances in the room.

The apartment is light and airy throughout with three additional bedrooms in the main apartment all with en suites of varying sizes and lots of closet space.

There is a fifth detached guest cottage with a small kitchenette and living/dining area which can be accessed from the ground floor, as well as the apartment, and offers an excellent option for visiting guests who require a little more privacy.

The stunning white sand beach and crystal clear waters of Paynes Bay is only a few footsteps away via a tranquil walkway and secure gate with key entry.
